Ok after an agonizing hour of boiling it all down I forgot, yes I forgot, to photograph the final result before we put it in the jars. Trust me when I say it was much darker than the photos below and looked like orange Marmalade!
I sit here reading about your marmalade while I eat an orange! My orange was not very good. Your marmalade looks delish! Thanks for the link to the canning site. I have spent hours there just reading and learning! Now I just have to get the supplies and get "down and dirty"!
